  2. 2Enter your details and verify your email address.
  3. 3Complete your profile — doctors add specialization and qualifications; patients add demographics and insurance.
  4. 4Hospital admins: submit a hospital registration request; a super admin approves it to activate your facility.

  1. 1Go to your Curealog dashboard URL and choose Log in.
  2. 2Sign in with email and password, or use Continue with Google for single sign-on.
  3. 3Your session is secured with JWT tokens and expires automatically for safety.

  1. 1Open Settings > Security in your dashboard.
  2. 2Choose Enable 2FA and scan the QR code with any TOTP authenticator app.
  3. 3Enter the 6-digit code to confirm — MFA is now required at every login.

  2. 2Follow the secure link sent to your email to set a new password.

For Patients

The patient portal gives you your whole care journey in one place — bookings, records, results, bills and direct messaging with your care team.

Book and manage appointments

  1. 1Open Appointments > Book and pick a department, doctor and available slot.
  2. 2If the schedule is full, join the smart waitlist — you'll be notified automatically when a slot opens via your secure booking token.
  3. 3Reschedule or cancel from the appointment card; complete any intake forms sent to you before the visit.

View medical records and results

  1. 1Open Medical Records for visits, diagnoses, prescriptions and documents.
  2. 2Lab and imaging results appear in Results as soon as your doctor signs them off — abnormal values are clearly flagged.
  3. 3Download or share documents from your encrypted file vault.

Message your care team

  1. 1Open Chats and select your clinic thread.
  2. 2Ask questions securely — your care team replies with chart-aware, AI-assisted responses, so answers come faster.

Handle bills and tasks

  1. 1Open Billing to view invoices, make full or partial payments, and review payment history.
  2. 2Complete health tasks and forms assigned by your care team from the Tasks section.
  3. 3Manage notification preferences (email, push, SMS) under Settings.

For Doctors

Your workspace covers the full clinical loop: schedule, chart, prescribe, order, message — with the AI suite doing the typing.

Set up your schedule

  1. 1Open Availability and create reusable weekly templates.
  2. 2Generate recurring sessions and slots; block time off directly on the calendar.
  3. 3Sync with Google Calendar to keep everything aligned.

Run a visit

  1. 1Open the appointment to see the patient snapshot and AI-generated summary.
  2. 2Click the AI Assist (Clinical Orb) button beside the SOAP form and allow microphone access.
  3. 3Talk naturally with your patient — the Orb drafts Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan and suggests ICD-10 codes.
  4. 4Review the draft, adjust anything, and approve — the note is filed with your electronic signature.

Prescribe safely

  1. 1Open Prescriptions > New and search the medication database.
  2. 2Drug-utilization review, allergy and contraindication checks run automatically — ambient alerts may already have flagged conflicts during the conversation.
  3. 3Sign electronically; refills and repeat prescriptions take one click.

Order and review labs & imaging

  1. 1Create lab or imaging orders from the visit screen.
  2. 2Track results in your review inbox; abnormal values are flagged.
  3. 3Sign off results to release them to the patient portal with an automatic notification.

Clear your inbox fast

  1. 1Open Chats — under each patient message you'll find a Suggest AI Reply card drafted from that patient's chart.
  2. 2Review the draft, edit if needed, and hit Send Response.

Beyond the visit

  1. 1Create follow-up requests, referrals, sick notes and discharge summaries from the patient's record.
  2. 2Open Analytics to track your panel, utilization and performance.

For Staff & Front Desk

Staff tools keep the clinic day moving: check-in, vitals, intake, orders and coordination.

Check patients in

  1. 1Open the Staff dashboard to see today's queue.
  2. 2Check in arrivals, register walk-ins, and verify demographics and insurance.
  3. 3Record vital signs (BP, temperature, weight and more) against the visit.

Manage intake and forms

  1. 1Send intake and consent forms via secure tokens before appointments.
  2. 2Review submissions as they arrive — drafts can be resumed by patients at any time.

Process lab and imaging orders

  1. 1See pending orders in the staff queue and mark specimens as collected.
  2. 2Upload result documents and enter structured result values.
  3. 3Completed results route to the doctor's review inbox automatically.

Coordinate the day

  1. 1Book, reschedule and swap appointments; manage the waitlist.
  2. 2Run check-out, create handoff notes for care transitions, and track team tasks.

For Hospital Administrators

The admin console gives you oversight of people, departments, money and compliance across your facility.

Manage people and departments

  1. 1Invite doctors and staff, then assign them to departments and roles.
  2. 2Create departments with their own schedules and analytics.
  3. 3Reassign doctors' patient panels when coverage changes.

For Authorized Representatives

Guardians and proxies can manage care for patients who need support — with scoped, audited, expiring access.

Link to a patient

  1. 1Accept the secure linking invitation sent by the patient or clinic.
  2. 2Access only the areas granted to you — appointments, records, messaging or billing.
  3. 3Link multiple patients (e.g. children) and switch between them.

Act on the patient's behalf

  1. 1Book and manage appointments, view shared medical information, and message the care team.
  2. 2Every action is recorded in representative access logs for the patient's protection.

Access lifecycle

  1. 1Access can expire and be renewed by the patient or clinic.
  2. 2The patient may revoke access at any time, effective immediately.

Billing & Revenue Cycle (RCM)

Charges flow from the visit into invoices, claims and collections — with dashboards tracking the whole pipeline.

Generate and collect bills

  1. 1Open the RCM dashboard and generate a bill from a completed visit.
  2. 2Record full or partial payments and track outstanding balances.
  3. 3Patients pay online through their billing portal.

Work insurance claims

  1. 1Submit claims electronically and track each status transition.
  2. 2Verify coverage before visits and manage denials with full history.

Report and optimize

  1. 1Generate invoices and financial reports by department, specialty or period.
  2. 2Use billing analytics to spot collection trends and pricing opportunities.

Using the AI Suite

Five ambient copilots live inside your existing screens. Here's how to drive each one.

Clinical Orb — ambient scribe

  1. 1On Clinical Records or SOAP Notes, click AI Assist beside the entry form.
  2. 2Allow microphone access and conduct the visit naturally.
  3. 3In under 30 seconds the Orb fills all four SOAP fields and proposes ICD-10 codes — approve to file.

Ambient safety alerts

  1. 1Keep the Orb active during consultations.
  2. 2If the patient mentions an allergy or conflicting symptom, an amber glow appears on screen.
  3. 3Click the alert to see the conflicting history and suggested alternatives before prescribing.

Messaging copilot

  1. 1Open Doctor > Chats and select a conversation.
  2. 2Click Suggest AI Reply under the patient's message.
  3. 3The draft uses the patient's latest vitals, diagnoses and medications — review and Send Response.

Report automation

  1. 1Open an intake, consent or third-party form (e.g. PIP/ESA, insurance).
  2. 2Click Auto-Fill from EMR Chart to populate all sections from the record.
  3. 3Review, then apply your electronic signature — about 2 minutes instead of 45.

ROI calculator

  1. 1On the registration or hospital onboarding page, adjust the sliders for physicians, admin hours and hourly cost.
  2. 2Watch live projections of yearly savings and clinician hours returned.
  3. 3Download the PDF summary to share with stakeholders.
